Founder

Ruquiyah Wilson (Quiyah) is a seasoned project management executive and community builder with a passion for sports, wellness, and transformational leadership. With over 28 years of experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives across the pharmaceutical, technology, sports, and wellness sectors, Ruquiyah brings a unique blend of precision, vision, and human-centered strategy to every project she leads.

Her career is defined by a commitment to movement—both literal and societal. She is the founder of Q’s CyQling, a grassroots cycling initiative turned regional movement that promotes equity and representation in cycling. As Project Manager of the HBCU Scholarship Ride, she oversees an annual journey from Newark to Howard University that raises awareness and scholarship funds for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Ruquiyah is also the Co-Founder of NJ Raiders Basketball, a competitive youth travel program focused on athlete development and life skills for grades 5 through 11, and the Wellness Glampout, a retreat designed to restore the mind, body, and spirit through nature, community, and holistic practice.

In addition to her initiatives, Ruquiyah offers consulting services in project management, youth program design, event operations, and wellness integration. She partners with organizations and institutions seeking to launch high-impact, community-centered programming with strategic clarity and measurable outcomes.

Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, Ruquiyah remains deeply invested in uplifting her hometown and beyond. Her ability to translate vision into action continues to make her a trusted leader across industries and a powerful force in the movement for wellness, equity, and youth empowerment.
